Shipping & Delivery

We primarily use Fastway Courier for all deliveries. Delivery is usually within three working when the payment is cleared. Also depending upon the availability of the goods. If you require goods urgently, please contact us before you make the payment. Delivery times are suggestions only. Delays may occur, such as when the items you have ordered are out of stock. The Company does not guarantee delivery within a set time period. The Company is not liable for any delays when making deliveries.

Pickups:

Customers are welcome to pick up their purchase at our local physical store. Please do let us know in advance by phone, text, and or email.

If you have any special requirements or specific questions regarding an order or product you have purchased, please send us an email or give us a call. Our company policy is to provide the best service to all our valuable customers.


Tax/GST Invoices:

We are GST registered. GST invoices are provided on all sales.


Return:

Goods shall not be returned to Deep Blue Diving without prior permission. We ask that the customer contacts Deep Blue Diving before sending anything back. Otherwise Deep Blue Diving is not responsible for any loss, damage or delays of the goods.


Size swapping:

Size swapping would be accepted only if the wetsuits are in new condition (not been used under water) within the 14 day money back guarantee period, and both way shipping freight is the responsibility of the customer. Deep Blue would try our best to suggest the closest size to fit you best based on the information you provided and to the best of our knowledge, but we are not liable for any unfitness occasion as a result of our suggestion. The customer still needs to make the best choice and judgment by you.


Refund Policy:

We offer 14 days money back guarantee on all our products. Customers can return the products within 14 days from purchase date and full amount would be refunded(goods must be in brand new conditon!). Any shipping cost occurred are not refundable.


Warrantee:

All products have 1 year manufacturer warrantee. Goods deemed to be faulty by our technical staff during their warranty period shall be replaced at no cost to you (the customer) (Inward freight is the responsibility of the customer). A Copy of the original sales invoice is required to accompany and returned goods. Goods found to have no fault may incur a technicians fee and a return freight charge payment of this in full will be required before goods can be retuned.
The warranty will be void if the fault is found to have been caused by incorrect handling or usage of the customer. Deep Blue Diving aims to have replacement goods to the customer in the shortest possible time but as goods must be sent to our supplier for replacement we accept no liability for any delay incurred.
